1) To set up a new feed in your Merchant Center, use the navigation on the left of the page and select Settings, then click Data Sources:

NOTE: on older versions of Merchant Center, the Settings menu is located in the top right, next to your account name. All subsequent steps remain the same.

2) You will be taken to the Product Sources page. Click on Add product source.

3) On the Add product source page, select Add products from a file. 

4) Below that, select Enter a link to your file, and fill in the following fields:

Fetch Frequency – This needs to be set as daily to ensure your Google Shopping data is kept up to date in Merchant Center;

Fetch Time – All feeds update on our server between 3:00am-5:00am.  We would always recommend setting the fetch time as 6:00am to avoid overlap and mismatched data; 

File URL, Username and Password are all provided to you by Citrus Lime via email.

5) Once you have entered these correctly, select Create Feed. 

6) Ensure the fields at the bottom of the page are set correctly, as it determines which countries, languages and marketing channels that your products will be visible in. If you are using the Advanced Feed Management Add-on within Merchant Center, ensure you set your Feed Label, as this can’t be changed later. Once set, click Continue. 

7) On the following page, click Update to process your product feed. Lastly, click Data source setup and set the Source name to something easily identifiable – particularly if you are setting up multiple feeds.

After fetching the Shopping Feed and populating your Merchant Center, you need to set up delivery.  See the Related Article for guidance on how to do this.
