If you need to find a customer's Workshop Job, but you're not sure when it was scheduled for in the Calendar, you can use the Search bars on the Board, Calendar or List views to find it. You can search by Customer Name, Service Item, Order Reference, or Order Number.

You can also use the column headers and filters in the List view to further narrow down your search.
Once you find the job in question, double-click on the job card to open it and continue to work on it as needed.
