This is a quick guide to explain the icons and colour indications in the Workshop Module.
These allow workshop users to easily see the status of jobs in the Workshop.
Icons can tell you more about the Job
Red Alarm Bell: this job is Overdue
Green House: this job is Checked In
Initials: this shows which Mechanic is assigned to work on this job
Blue Spanner/Wrench: this job is a Bike Build
Gold Star: this job has been flagged as Important
Icons can tell you the Status of the Job
When creating Custom Order Statuses in the Back Office, you can assign an icon to your status from the list below, with colour coding of your choice.
These icons will appear at the top of the column for that status in the Board view, and on the job card in the Calendar view:
Completed Jobs and Collected & Paid Jobs
When you Complete a job, the job card will turn green to show that the work has been done:
You can choose whether or not to show Completed jobs on the Board and Calendar views using this button:
Once the customer has come to collect the bike and pay for the work, that job will no longer show on the Board view. However, you are able to see it on the Calendar view, and it will show the Collected and Paid icon:
