If you have a customer with multiple orders or workshop jobs – for example, if they've brought in the whole family's bikes to be serviced at the same time – they may want to pay for all of those orders in one go. Provided those orders/workshop jobs are all saved to the same customer, you can now recall multiple orders at once for payment.
This means that each individual service item maintains its own service history and can be worked on individually in the Workshop, but it allows customers to pick up and pay for multiple orders in one go, which should significantly speed up order handling and processing.
Picking up multiple orders at once
1) In the Point of Sale, recall the first order as you normally would. Refer to this article for further guidance on recalling an order: How do I recall a customer order?
2) Recall the next order in any of the usual ways – the orders must all be for the same customer. Both orders will then show on the main transaction screen, separated by a green line. There will also be two separate tabs in the Transaction Details section on the right, allowing you to see and edit the details for each separate order.

3) You can continue recalling orders, then once you're happy you can pick up some or all of the items. To do this, either tick the Pick Up boxes for individual items if it's a partial pickup, or tick the Select All for Pick-Up box at the top if everything is being collected.

4) You can then tender the orders through as one total payment, just as you would with a single order.
Multiple Order Restrictions
There are some restrictions to the process of recalling multiple items:
- You can only recall multiple orders for the same customer.
- You cannot change the order type e.g. Layaway to Workshop when multiple orders are recalled.
- You cannot move orders between stores when multiple orders are recalled.
- You can recall any combination of Special Orders, Layaways and Workshop Jobs, however you cannot recall Quotes with any other order type. You can recall multiple Quotes together.
- You cannot tender multiple orders using TWINT or Klarna.
- We do not recommend trying to refund one order and pay for another in the same transaction.
