We are updating Cloud MT, eCommerce, and the Checkout. Here are the details of what to expect in this release.
New Chekout Flow
The checkout now guides customers through a clearly structured, step-by-step flow with smooth transitions between sections, making it easier to understand progress and reducing the likelihood of drop-off, particularly on mobile. We've also made some additional changes based off feedback in Canny. The postcode lookup has been simplified and moved to the top of the address form, so customers can find their address faster without filling in fields manually. Customers with saved addresses can now select a default, speeding up repeat purchases, and the overall design has been refreshed with smoother transitions between sections to reduce friction and encourage checkout completion.

eCommerce
Improvements
- Customers browsing search and Find & Filter pages are now returned to their previous scroll position when navigating back from a product page, making it easier to continue browsing without losing their place in the results.
- Improved the Salesfire product feed to include size information for product variants, bringing it in line with the Google product feed and giving retailers more complete data for their Salesfire integration.
Checkout
Improvements
- Improved keyboard accessibility for searchable select fields to provide a smoother experience for all users.
- Input fields across the checkout and account pages now display a floating label when in use, making it clear what each field is for even after a value has been entered.
- Improved the login and customer pages in checkout so that validation now runs when the submit button is clicked rather than while typing. This ensures browser-autofilled credentials are always accepted without the button being incorrectly disabled.
- We have made several improvemnts to our code to capture more accurate Analytics and AdWords conversion data.
Bug Fixes
- Flag emojis in the country and phone number prefix selectors now display correctly across all major browsers and devices.
Cloud MT
New Feature
- Retailers can now override the published date on existing Collections in CloudMT, giving them control over how content is dated when displayed on the Collections page.
Improvement
- Added a warning in CloudMT when configuring SEO content for a Facet Navigation URL with price or filter parameters, making it clear that the custom title and description will only apply to that exact filtered URL. This helps retailers avoid confusion when their SEO content doesn't appear as expected.
- We've updated the Help link in CloudMT to point to the correct support portal, replacing the old link that was no longer accessible.
Bug Fix
- We've fixed an issue where sorting columns on the Customers grid in CloudMT had no effect, despite the sort arrows appearing to be active.
- We've resolved an issue where exporting data containing currency symbols to CSV would include an unexpected character before each currency sign in the downloaded file.
