We are updating Cloud MT, eCommerce, and the Checkout. Here are the details of what to expect in this release.

eCommerce
New Features

• Retailers now receive a daily email summary of any new product FAQ questions submitted by customers the previous day, making it easier to respond promptly without needing to manually check for new questions.
• Contact form enquiry emails now include a unique subject line, preventing email clients from grouping separate queries into a single conversation and making them easier for retailers to identify and respond to.
   

Improvements

• The Personal Details page in the account section now saves changes via an explicit save button instead of automatically, preventing unnecessary page reloads on each input.
   

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed an issue where logging out via the website header would not correctly sign customers out of the checkout, which could leave them in a broken state if they returned.
• We have resolved an issue where customers could add more units of a Star Buy item to their basket than were available in stock, preventing oversells on low-stock promotional items.
• We have fixed an issue that was causing PayPal refunds to fail intermittently, meaning retailers no longer need to process affected refunds manually.
• Coupon indicators now work correctly for Collection-targeted coupons, ensuring they are promoted on product and category pages in the same way as other coupon types.
  
  
   

Checkout  

Improvements

• We have separated the guest checkout from the existing customer checkout to clarify that customers do not need to have an account to complete a purchase.
• DPD pickup fees now appear in the order breakdown when viewing a completed order in Apple Wallet. 
• Customer rewards verification codes are now visible in emails when viewed in dark mode on Apple devices. 
   

Bug Fixes

• We've fixed an issue where entering a special character into an address nickname would cause an error and clear the field, ensuring customers can now save their addresses without unexpected interruptions.
• Improved Klarna availability during checkout by automatically disabling the payment option for unsupported delivery countries, preventing customers from selecting Klarna where it cannot be used.
• We've fixed an issue where orders could become locked for payment before all updates had finished saving, which could cause errors and prevent customers from completing their purchase.
• Browser tab titles no longer briefly display internal text instead of the page name when loading checkout and account pages.

Bug Fix 

• We've fixed an issue where Landing Page Latest Count and Best Value Count settings would reset to their default values after an eCommerce update, meaning retailers' custom settings are now preserved correctly.
