For platform security reasons, the Citrus-Lime platform can only be accessed from specific geo-locations. This can cause problems for retailers who require access to the platform when working abroad or when on holiday.
In order to access CloudPOS or CloudMT from a restricted location, you will require a VPN. The two highest recommended providers for VPN are ExpressVPN or NordVPN. Either of these companies can be used to acquire your VPN.
