We are updating Cloud POS. Here are the details of what is included in this release:
New Feature
Variable Tax Rates are now supported in the USA. You can now configure variable tax rates in the Backoffice for specific stores, with the ability to set rates based on item values within departments, categories, or across all items. When an item has a store default tax rate set on its item card, the Point of Sale will automatically apply any relevant tax rate rules.
Additionally, we've added visibility on the item card to display the applicable tax rate for the item, for each store.
Improvements
We’ve listened to your feedback and made several enhancements to grid searching for improved usability, as requested by users via our Feedback Forum:
- The search field now retains focus during searches.
- The delay before automatic searching has been extended.
- The whitespace in search queries is no longer trimmed.
