We are updating Customer Rewards. Here are the details of what to expect for this release:
New Feature
- The user interface of Customer Rewards has now been updated to the latest version, giving it a fresh new look.
- Customer Rewards values now also upload to MailChimp as a currency value.
Improvements
- Points are now applied based on the order date, meaning a delay in processing an order in the POS will not affect the points value earned from a promotion. *Requested by users via our Feedback Forum*
- The greater value of a points multiplier (from a promotion or customer account) will now be applied rather than the multipliers stacking up. *Requested by users via our Feedback Forum*
- Fixes to points balance uploads, these will now upload when points are spent.
- Updates to MailChimp API to increase the reliability of points uploads
- Date time changes made throughout in support of different time zones.
