Cloud MT and Citrus-Lime Ecommerce new versions are being released on the evening of Tuesday 11th May. Cloud MT will be available immediately, and Citrus-Lime Ecommerce will be deployed to all sites the following morning. Below you will find a list of improvements and bug fixes that you can expect to see in this update.
Citrus-Lime Ecommerce
New developments
- In this release, we are rolling out Cart Version 2 platform-wide to all customers. From this point onwards, the existing shopping cart will not be available, and all sites will use the new cart automatically.
Improvements
- We have improved wording in the Cart, removing the word "despatch". This has removed confusion for Click and Collect orders that are not despatched.
- Improved user experience on slower devices whilst using Find and Filter Item Quick View. Images load more logically and a loading indicator is now present for the add to basket grid.
Bug Fix
- The 'Customer Edit' page now loads correctly and no longer displays a '500' error.
- Customer rewards points now show accurately against items on all product pages.
- Audiences will now be automatically created with MailChimp Integration.
Cloud MT
Improvements
- We have noticed instances of default image height causing problems on mobile when an image is added in Cloud MT. We have written an article which our customers may find of benefit https://howto.citruslime.com/en_US/94790-cloud-mt/adding-images-in-text-editors
Bug Fix
- We have improved the accuracy in the way we look up AutoSIM products on CloudMT. This has fixed a specific scenario where a product needing to be edited could not have the link to AutoSIM removed, this meant manual changes made were not maintained.
- Cloud MT no longer builds Facet Navigation URL's in an order that causes a '500' error.
- We have now corrected how entries show on the 'Coupon totals’ report. Only coupons that have been successfully applied to a transaction will show.
- We have fixed how the lead time is showing on the Confirmation Email, it now correctly correlates to the lead time shown during checkout.
- On the 'Payments' page in Cloud MT, we have amended the column title '3D-Secure' to '3D Secure Attempted' to improve clarity in the data.
- We have fixed issue preventing Forces Landing Pages being set up when multiple Facet Navigations for the URL exist.
