You can specify the number or name that appears as the sending address for any SMS customer communications you send from Cloud POS.
This is set at a group level, so the number or name you enter here will be used for all stores within your Cloud POS group.
From the main menu in Cloud POS backoffice, navigate to Setup, then Configuration.
Scroll to the section titled Despatch Addresses - For Customer Communications.
In the field titled Despatch SMS Address, you can now enter up to eleven numbers or letters. Special characters and spaces are not allowed:
The details you enter here will appear as the sender of the SMS to the person who receives the message:
