The special instructions which are printed on a courier label can be overridden on a per store/per courier basis.
This allows you to specify a certain instruction against all of your shipments, for example you may want an instruction to "Deliver to consignee only" for all items sent with a specific courier.
To do this go to ship.citruslime.com and log in. Navigate to 'Setup Services & Rules', then click the 'ADD CARRIER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' button.
Within this page, click on New to add a new rule. You then select your store, courier and enter the overriding Special Instructions. Finally click Save.
