    Customer Rewards // How do I give users access?

    To allow individual users of Cloud POS access to other products such as Customer Rewards, you can set up permissions from the Users page in the Back Office.

    Brief Note on Creating or Editing Users

    Only users with Administrator level are able to access the Users page to create or make changes to any cashiers. Please contact your system administrator if you are unable to access the Users page.

     

     


    To set up users with access levels

     From the main menu in Back Office, expand the Users heading and then click on Users:

    2) Next, click on the Product Access tab:

    NOTE:  To be able to delegate access to a user, you will need to have already created them as a user in the Users tab. If you are unsure how to do this, please see the Related Articles for guidance.

    3) If the user to whom you wish to provide access does not already appear in the list, and you have confirmed the user has been set up on the Users tab, click on New and you'll see the following grid appear:

    4) Choose the User you wish to set up with access from the dropdown menu.

    5) In the Product Name field, select Customer Rewards from the dropdown menu.

    6) Select the required Access Level from the dropdown menu.

    NOTE:  You only need to set the Access Level to No Access if you are editing an existing user and want to remove their access.  By default, users will not have access to any external applications.

    7) Click Save to save your changes.
