On any item card, you can click on the Sales History tab to view a list of transactions containing that item. You can view the individual receipts for those transactions by clicking on View Till Receipt next to the transaction in question.

You can also export this information to Excel, using the Export to Excel button in the top left.
Using the Item Movement Report
1) Go to Cloud Reports and login using your username and password. If you don't have access to Cloud Reports, ask your system administrator to give you access by following the steps in this guide.
2) Under the Cloud POS - Inventory Reports section, click on Item Movement Report:

3) Choose your store and your date range, then click Generate Report.

4) This will produce a report containing all sales, returns, purchase orders, transfers, manual stock adjustments, stock takes/inventory counts, movements to Offline Inventory, and movements in and out of built fixed kits.

You can then click on the Transaction ID or the Purchase/Transfer Order Number to see more details of that specific item movement.
5) You can filter the Movement Type column to only look at sales, for example, by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to Movement Type, ticking Sale, then clicking OK.

View Item Movement History
There's also a link on the item card to see a prefiltered version of this report, which only shows you item movements for that specific item. This can be really useful if you want to look at the history of one specific item – you can look at the date that this item was created under Item Details, and you can use that as a start date in the report.
To see this prefiltered report, go to the Inventory section on the item card and click on View item Movement History:
