You can check a Customer Rewards balance from the Point of Sale and from the Cloud POS Back Office, as well as within the Customer Rewards module.
Checking Customer Rewards balances in the Point of Sale
The first task is to set the customer. You can do this using the Customer quick search, as explained here.
Alternatively, if the customer has their Customer Rewards card with them, you can scan their card:
1) Click into the Customers menu, then click Search Customer Rewards:
2) You can now scan or enter the customer's Customer Rewards card number:
Once the customer has been set, their available points balance will be shown in the transaction summary panel:
You will also be able to see their available points when you reach the Tender Transaction screen:
Checking Customer Rewards balances in the Back Office
1) In the Cloud POS Back Office menu, expand the Customers, Receipts & Orders section.
2) Click Customers.
3) Search for the customer, then click View/Edit to open their customer record.
4) The customer's Customer Rewards balance (and card number, if set) is shown on their customer record, below the Notes section:
