If you have created a Wizard, but have then made the decision that you would prefer for it not to run, you have a few options for how to deal with this:
If the Wizard has not been committed
If the Wizard is still in Open status and not yet committed, you can use the Delete option to remove the Wizard entirely. This cannot be undone, so use this option carefully.
If the Wizard has been committed but is still Pending
When the Wizard has been committed and in the Pending state, but is not yet complete (either because it has been scheduled to run at a future point, or because it is still processing), you can use the Cancel option. If the Wizard is yet to run, then the cancel option will prevent it from running. If the Wizard is already running, cancelling it will cause it to stop and also undo any changes that have already been processed.
You cannot undo a cancelled Wizard; if you cancel and then decide you do need the Wizard to run, you'll need to create the Wizard again.
If the Wizard has already completed
The changes made by a Closed Wizard can be reverted by using the Undo Wizard option. This will return all the data back to the values at the time this wizard was created. Only the fields changed by the Wizard will be amended, so it's important to understand that this action doesn't work like a 'restore' function.
You cannot redo an undone Wizard; you would need to create the Wizard again.
