Adding the Bin Location on a product record is a feature many retailers find helpful to identify where individual items of stock can be located within their premises.
It helps to remove the need to try and memorise where items are stored which, if you have a large inventory of items, can be a real time-saver.
The Bin Location can be added to a product in the Inventory section of an item record:
To help keep a track of any changes that are made to the Bin Location, you can use the View History feature in the Bin Location column.
