We are updating Cloud Reports. Here are the details of what's in this release:

New Features

• Customer Rewards Reports have now been added to Cloud Reports. These reports include: 
  • Dashboard - An overall summary of your Customer Rewards.
  • Rewards Redemption - Shows the value of transactions which have Customer Rewards points redeemed against them.
  • Average Transaction Value (ATV) Report  - Shows your Customer Rewards customers' ATV vs. the Overall ATV.
• The total for the current week has been added to the Store Dashboard. **Requested by users via our feedback forum**
• A Discount Report has been added to the available Sales Reports. This report shows all sales where the item has not been sold at full price, with the 'Discount Reason' which was applied.
  
• Staff Reports now include an e-Receipt Collection Performance Report.

Improvements 

• The Order Line Detail Report now includes information about the number of items on a transfer. **Requested by users via our feedback forum**
• The Item Movement Report has been improved as follows: 
  • A column reporting the stock take description has been added, allowing you to filter item movements on a specific stock take.
  • The cost now displays to four decimal places.
• The Margin by Brand and Department Report has been improved to include the Supplier Part Code.
• Cloud Reports titles have been reviewed and amended to match those on the main Dashboard. 

Bug Fixes

• We have improved the handling of errors that could occur if an invalid date was entered into date filtering.
• The Stock Turn Optimizer Report has had the following bugs fixed:
  • An error shown when there had been no sales for an item will now report as N/A.
  • Data will now regenerate when switching the store to be reported against.
• The Order Lines Detail Report has had the filtering by order type corrected to show the correct values. 
• The Sale by Style Report has had the following bugs fixed:
  • The detail grid has been fixed so that it now shows the expected information. 
  • The Free Stock calculation has been corrected to now show the correct value. 
• The Serial List Report will now accurately report when serial numbers are "In Transit" or in the "Offline Inventory".
• You can now hide columns on the Top Performing Items Detailed Report.
• The Customer Accounts with Balances Report filtering has been amended for the account number to be "equals" rather than "begin with". 
• The Top Performing Item Report has had the following bugs fixed: 
  • Invalid Free Stock Column values have been fixed.
  • An issue where column headers that were hidden would become visible when scrolling. 
• An issue that would cause grouped data to not export in a usable format has been fixed.
• A date format error that would occur when executing the Daily Summary Report has been fixed. 
• The Discount by Cashier Report will no longer report sale discounts as being made by a cashier.
• The Tender Report has been improved to better handle batches that have remained open. This could cause an issue seen previously where the totals could differ depending on how you applied the date filters.
• Speed improvements have been made to the Price List Report. 
• An issue causing Store Default Tax Rate items to not be shown on some reports has been fixed.
