To obtain the Terminal ID (TID) for a Dojo terminal (which you'll need to be able to integrate the terminal with Cloud POS), carry out the following steps on the terminal touchscreen:
1) Go to Menu:
2) Select Summary:
3) Enter the supervisor code (this will be a four-digit code unique to you as a retailer, which will have been sent to you in your welcome email from Dojo — Citrus-Lime do not get provided with this code):
4) Click the Print icon on the screen:
The Terminal ID (TID) will be visible on the printout:
