To obtain the TID for a Dojo terminal - which you'll need to be able to integrate the terminal with Cloud POS - carry out the following steps on the terminal touchscreen:
1) Go to Menu:
2) Select Summary:
3) Enter supervisor code (this will be a four-digit code unique to the retailer, which will have been sent to them in their welcome email from Dojo - Citrus-Lime do not get provided with the code):
4) Click the Print icon on the screen:
The TID will be visible on the printout:
